I absolutely love this season. Sweater weather, pumpkin spice everything, bonfires and everything else that comes with the fall is just so comforting.

The entire city is alive with activity, events and gorgeous colours.

I spoke with someone today who is wanting to sell her home, but is worried it's "too late in the year". NOT. AT ALL.

1) Inventory is still on the low side. Listings that are priced right are selling quickly. There is less competition in the fall and still LOTS of active buyers.

2) Fall staging indoors and outdoors is easy, colourful and can help your property make a connection with potential buyers and look it's best.

3) You can be in your NEW home before the holidays! Wouldn't it be nice to be unpacked and settled in before the snow flies?

4) It's nicer to move in cooler weather! (remember the last time you tried to pack a u-haul in July??)

5) The backdrop of fall colours helps you see a neighbourhood at it's best visually and you get an idea of REAL traffic/pedestrian traffic since school is IN.
